ToolbarFix uses the shared SpiderTaz Network account and legal framework. These ToolbarFix Terms add site-specific rules for browser toolbars, companion planning, downloadable packages, saved setups, destination configuration, release notes, privacy review, support, and paid services. The central SpiderTaz Network Terms of Service also apply when you use ToolbarFix.

ToolbarFix Services

ToolbarFix helps plan, review, package, document, and maintain focused browser toolbars and companions. A saved setup, form response, account workspace, downloadable ZIP, package record, or planning note is not a guarantee of browser-store approval, browser compatibility, search ranking, customer adoption, revenue, or uninterrupted availability.

Accounts And Access

ToolbarFix account access is tied to the shared SpiderTaz Network identity system. You are responsible for keeping your account, device, browser, and session access secure. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass SSO, subscription limits, security checks, rate limits, private account areas, payment controls, or restricted files.

Saved Companion Work

Saved companion work may include names, purposes, destinations, service levels, browser targets, feature choices, privacy notes, data notes, maintenance choices, release notes, and related planning material. You confirm that you have the right to provide any names, links, branding, icons, text, files, or instructions you submit.

Customer Content And License

By submitting material to ToolbarFix, you give ToolbarFix and SpiderTaz permission to store, process, format, review, reproduce, package, display inside your account, include in requested deliverables, preserve in records, and use that material as needed to operate ToolbarFix and provide requested services. You retain the rights you already have in your own lawful content.

Downloads, Packages, And Browser Stores

Downloadable packages are provided for review, installation, testing, or use according to their current documentation. Browser vendors may reject, delay, remove, restrict, or require changes to packages. Store approval is never promised unless an actual approval has been received from the relevant browser store.

Permissions, Destinations, And Configuration

Browser permissions, destination URLs, labels, groups, support links, account links, external links, and any added modules must match the actual purpose of the toolbar. ToolbarFix may reject or remove destinations, content, files, modules, or requests that create security, privacy, legal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, store-policy, or user-safety risk.

Payments And Subscriptions

Paid plans, subscriptions, one-time work, managed updates, custom services, and related billing are subject to the plan terms shown at purchase and the payment processor's rules. Payment does not transfer ownership of ToolbarFix, SpiderTaz, the reusable system, account infrastructure, source structure, release process, or unrelated platform work.

Prohibited Use

You may not use ToolbarFix to:

• Submit malware, credential theft, deceptive links, unsafe files, spam, or harmful code
• Request hidden tracking, unauthorized page inspection, abusive automation, or undisclosed data collection
• Copy, clone, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or reconstruct ToolbarFix systems or package structure for a competing service
• Misrepresent store approval, browser approval, privacy practices, ownership, identity, payment status, or user consent
• Bypass account controls, payment controls, rate limits, access checks, package review, or security protections

Review, Moderation, And Refusal

ToolbarFix may review, refuse, pause, limit, remove, reclassify, archive, or preserve submitted material, saved work, service requests, downloads, account activity, or access when needed for security, privacy, payment, legal compliance, store-readiness, abuse prevention, support, quality, or operational protection.

Availability And Changes

ToolbarFix may change, pause, restrict, reorganize, discontinue, or update pages, downloads, packages, account features, saved work tools, plans, pricing, support paths, and release processes when needed for maintenance, security, browser changes, payment handling, legal reasons, or service quality.
