ToolbarFix uses the shared SpiderTaz Network account and SSO framework. This page explains ToolbarFix-specific privacy handling for browser toolbar planning, saved companion work, downloads, packages, support, payment records, and local companion behavior. The central SpiderTaz Network Privacy Policy also applies when you use ToolbarFix.

Information ToolbarFix May Receive

ToolbarFix may receive shared account signals from SpiderTaz Network identity, including user ID, display name, sign-in status, and basic account status needed to keep access working. ToolbarFix may also collect information you submit, including companion names, purposes, destinations, URLs, feature choices, browser targets, service levels, privacy notes, data notes, support requests, payment status, and account workspace activity.

Saved Work And Account Workspace

Saved companion work is stored so you can return to a setup, update destinations, review feature choices, compare browser targets, preserve notes, and prepare the next version. Saved work is linked to the shared network user ID and is used only as needed to operate ToolbarFix account features, support, billing, release review, and requested services.

Browser Toolbar Behavior

Basic browser toolbar behavior does not need general browsing-history collection or page-content inspection. Local favorites, companion-created recents, and appearance preferences may be stored on the user's device by the browser package. Added modules must have a clear purpose, permission need, data flow, and disclosure before they belong in a shipped package.

Downloads And Package Records

ToolbarFix may keep package names, versions, checksums, browser targets, release notes, install notes, support notes, download paths, and related records to support maintenance, troubleshooting, rollback, and release review. Downloading or installing a browser package may also create normal server logs and browser-managed local storage.

Payments And Processors

Payment information may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal or other processors. ToolbarFix may receive and store payment-related records such as user ID, plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing events, payment status, refund status, and entitlement history. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment processor, not by ToolbarFix.

No Silent Tracking

Analytics, telemetry, affiliate rewriting, hidden collection, page-content inspection, or general browsing-history collection should not be added to a ToolbarFix package without explicit approval, purpose review, permission review, and matching disclosure.

Cookies, Sessions, And Logs

ToolbarFix may use cookies, session records, local storage, server logs, request details, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, support shared account access, protect forms, reduce abuse, process payments, support saved work, and understand which pages or tools need maintenance.

Security And Abuse Prevention

ToolbarFix may use account activity, saved work activity, request logs, payment signals, package download activity, support records, and security signals to detect spam, impersonation, payment abuse, unsafe files, harmful links, scraping, unauthorized access, or attempts to damage the site, account system, downloads, or packages.

Sharing And Disclosure

ToolbarFix may share information when reasonably needed to operate hosting, shared account access, security, payments, support, analytics, file storage, browser package review, legal compliance, abuse investigation, rights protection, or a business transfer involving ToolbarFix. Service providers should receive only what is reasonably needed for their role.

Retention

ToolbarFix keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to run the site, maintain account access, preserve saved work, support packages, process payments, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent abuse, protect rights, support backups, meet legal needs, and maintain release records.

Your Choices

You can choose what to submit, avoid adding private information to saved companion work, manage browser package storage through your browser, update or archive saved work where account tools allow it, and contact ToolbarFix with privacy questions at contact@toolbarfix.com.

Updates

ToolbarFix may update this Privacy Policy as the site, account features, browser packages, payment features, or legal and safety needs change. Continued use of ToolbarFix after an update means the updated policy applies.
